Kevin Bixby, representing Milwaukie Presbyterian Church will be raffling a beautiful king-size festive Fall colored quilt. Proceeds go directly to MPC, which supports many local charities. Only $5.00 a ticket puts you in the drawing for a chance to win this piece of utilitarian art.
