April 1st, 2011 ** Author’s Corner
on March 30th, 2011 in Author's Corner by kim | No Comments|
Greetings!
Do you wonder what your crazy dreams mean? Would you like to remember them more clearly? Experience flying in a dream?
Join me as I host the April 1st Author’s Corner at Windhorse Coffee Shop, 16011 SE Main Street, Milwaukie, OR. On-line at http://windhorsecoffee.com/ Have a great cup of coffee and dessert, pick-up a copy of “DreamLines: A Guided Journey Through the Landscape of Dreams” and enjoy a free dream consultation. Event runs from 4:30 ’til 8:30 pm. There is no admission fee. |
Here is a little bit about our Author Sarai St. Julien
Author of DreamLines: A Guided Journey Through the Landscape of Dreams and Relax Now!
A professional marketing and technical writer for almost 20 years, in 2002 Sarai left the corporate world behind and began her own company: The Intuitive’s Path.
Sarai’s mission is to help people both through the use of her intuitive gifts and by helping them to connect with their own intuition. She does so by leading workshops and classes on Dreams, Tarot, Intuition and Meditation; through private consultations, and by means of her CD: Relax Now!
Sarai lives in Milwaukie, Oregon with her husband Gale Charles Strong and their three cats: Peony, Joey and Kato. She loves spending time around trees (her house is surrounded with Hawthorns, Maples, Dogwoods and huge evergreens). She is a recent, albeit enthusiastic, convert to cycling.
A ferocious Scrabble player, Sarai’s friends describe her as a “wordie†because of her fascination with words and language. Sarai is an honor’s graduate with a baccalaureate in Spanish and French. She went on to study Italian and English Literature after graduation.

on November 26th, 2010 in Author's Corner by kim | No CommentsWe will be hosting our Author’s Corner at Windhorse Coffe and Tea again this month. Â We look forward to having you join us. Â Windhorse is located at 10611 S.E. Main Street. Â Here is a little bit about Amanda.
Amanda Morgan holds a BS degree in Anthropology from the University of Oregon and a Master’s degree in archaeology/prehistory from the University of Sheffield in England. Small wonder that her stories revolve around a female archaeologist. Amanda was reared in the small north central Washington where her stories take place and she draws on family legends and local lore for material for her trilogy, LEGENDS OF THE SANCTUARY TREE. Bookone, THE LIGHTS OF HOME, was published in 2005. Book two, IN THE LIGHT OF THE MOON, is in publication, and she is hard at work on Book three, A LIGHT OFF THE STARBOARD BOW. Her work is available at Amazon.com and on her website, amandamorganbooks.com.

Scott Lazenby is the author of Playing With Fire. The city management novel was serialized on the web site of Governing magazine and is required reading at several universities. It has so far sold around 4,000 copies. Lazenby’s role model as a writer is the late Michael Crichton, who covered different genres but always with good stories. Following that example, Lazenby has written several other novels in the science fiction, young adult, and Christian fiction genres. He is working on The Hunter, a detective thriller, as well as a modern answer to Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged.
